North Star Lodge is a perfect 5 bedroom family holiday home in the heart of the Cairngorm National Park. With stunning views of the Cairngorm Mountains and close to the centre of Aviemore, the Lodge is the perfect location for easy access to all the activities offered in the National Park. We use this as our own holiday home and have furnished and equipped it to a high standard for you to enjoy during your stay.
The south facing secure rear garden provides an opportunity to enjoy the sun whilst drinking your morning coffee on the decking, pass the long summer evenings dining in the garden, relax in the hot tub or toast marshmallows around the fire pit. Just two minutes' walk away there is a children's play park and an enclosed kick about area.
A fabulous property, spacious, clean, well equipped with everything you need and the spa pool is just wonderful. We had such a relaxing time there and would highly recommend. Hosts were also very helpful recommending things to do in the area. Looking forward to visiting again.
We spent a very relaxing and comfortable stay at Kirsty and Val's luxury highland accommodation. The house was well situated in a lovely cul-de-sac close to the village and to the shops. The house was beautifully pristine on arrival and the kitchen well equipped. The hot tub in the garden was a real treat. The beds were all so comfortable and there were many bathrooms to choose from including a couple of rooms having en-suite. I would certainly highly recommend booking this for family and friends as the accommodation is extremely flexible. I look forward to visiting again.
We had such an amazing week celebrating a big birthday with the family. North Star Lodge is on an elevated position with beautiful views towards the Cairngorms which looked so pretty in the snow. We were a group of 9 and found the house to be very spacious with very comfortable beds. The facilities, towels and robes were plentiful making so many sharing feel very relaxed. The main sitting room had a fabulous log burner but most of our time together was spent in the amazing open plan kitchen. We had a truly memorable celebration and now want to visit in the summer.
Fantastic accommodation. A touch of luxury in Aviemore with views to the Cairngorms. A spacious and beautifully decorated home with everything you need for a large family or group. The hot tub was a real bonus. Anything we had forgotten was easily found in the accommodation so lots of thought has gone into pleasing guests. No point looking elsewhere. Just book it!
We had a fantastic week in this wonderful house. It is a great location (easy walk into Aviemore town through woodland) with views of the Cairngorms from the living room and garden. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and the kitchen has everything you would need. Our son also loved playing football in the park opposite. Great holiday for all our family.
